Competitive Essentials for iPad
The Competitive Essentials application for iPad helps law firms quickly see how they stack up against their competitors in key online legal marketing channels, such as, the Lawyers.com profile, SEO, web visibility statistics, social media and Martindale-Hubbell's peer/client ratings.
As the design lead for this application, I drove the overall UX strategy including the creation of user flows, page interactions and adherance to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines. Working with a visual designer and user testing engineer, I also coordinated the overall asethetic and usability test schedule.

Lawyers.com is a free service is designed specifically for individuals and small businesses to provide accurate and reliable profiles of over 1 million rated lawyers and information to help consumers better understand the law.
As the design lead for this web property, I drive the overall user experience strategy for the site which includes the creation of the site's information architecture, designing of the site's key features and the coordination of the the user testing/visual design elements.
Lawyers.com Mobile Optimized
Designed specifically for handheld mobile devices, Lawyers.com Mobile simplifies the entire experience and brings the wealth of comprehensive information available on the open-web Lawyers.com site right to your handset.
A component of my role as design lead for Lawyers.com included the creation of a companion mobile optimized website. I was responsibile for the site's information architecture, interface design and helped in the coordination of user testing.
Lead Alert for iOS
LexisNexis Lead Alert delivers phone, email and Ask a Lawyer lead information to your mobile device instantly allowing attorneys to make the most of their time commuting or between cases without missing an opportunity to respond promptly to a prospective client.
I was design lead for this project and coordinated the creation of the interface using standardized patterns outlined in Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

Martindale.com and Martindale Connected are the go-to source for professional/peer-to-peer networking and thought-leadership in the legal community. An unsurpassed information hub of legal professionals, blogs, robust topical discussion groups and global forums for exchange ideas, building a global network, and working smarter, faster and further. Connected links the global legal community, providing resources and the industry's largest lawyer database, putting them into the work stream and networks of legal professionals everywhere.
IntraLinks Arc
Intralinks Arc is an on-demand workspace solution that facilitates the the exchange of critical information, collaboration and workflow management for inside and outside of an enterprise.
As IntraLinks' UX manager, I drove the establishment of best practices and standards around the user experience for the core product offering. This included the creation of a UI pattern library, end-user documentation strategy and the conducting of internal education sessions to ensure understanding, acceptance and compliance. I also aided in the development of high-fidelity screenshots, architecture diagrams and UI specifications that aided in the communication of requirements to development and quality assurance teams. Design decisions were substaniated by conducting external usability tests, focus groups and demos with 100+ clients using robust HTML click-throughs.
LifeCell Competitive Repository
Lifecell, Inc. was faced with the challenge of navigating the volatile and congested market of competitive rhetoric and unsubstantiated clinical claims. In response, a robust intranet site was created to aid in the desemination of competitor marketing claims, documented clinical outcomes, summaries, and vernacular.
For this project, I assumed the role of product manager and designer - writing the business and functional requirements, in addition to the designing of the interface and the formulation of the overall UX strategy. These specifications proved mission critical to the offshore development teams that implemented the site. I was also responsible for the HTML/CSS implementation.
Thomson One
Thomson One is a comprehensive analytical tool that combines financial data, flexible universal searching, and analyst reports for a variety of in-depth research needs.
As an interface designer, I was responsible for the design of the overall web framework and building of UX patterns to facilitate the creation of the various portlets that populated the core interface. As Thomson One was a cross-functional application, I had an opportunity to design a number of customized solutions for the investment banking, wealth management, research and venture capital businesses. In addition, I was also responsibile for the production-level HTML/CSS code used in the portlets' implementation.
LifeCell Physician Publishing Program
LifeCell needed a means to document and acknowledge outstanding cases. This site allowed participating surgeons to submit information about protocols and outcomes.
I designed the interface and wizard workflow that facilitated the submission of information to LifeCell and was responsible for the HTML/CSS implementation.
Stafford Veterinary Hospital
A local veterinary hospital needed a presence on the web to help communicate available services and provide clients with a means to contact the hospital digitally.
I was responsible for the end-to-end design/implementation of this small business website including the establishment of the site's information architecture, creation of high-fidelity mockups and the coding of the site's HTML/CSS.
The Supplies Guys
The Supplies Guys (along with sister site Supplies Group) is an ecommerce site dedicated to selling low-cost inkjet printer consumables, as well as, a host of other office supplies.
I was the designer and developer for this startup leveraging the Miva Merchant ecommerce platform. In this role, I was responsbile for the establishment of the site's information architecture, creation of high-fidelity mockups and the overall implementation of the Miva platform.
Sistine/Tuscany Silver
These ecommerce websites sold affordable Italian silver products and religious items.

Stupanity Productions
A comedy film production company which to establish a presence on the web that functioned, not only as a digital brochure about their business, but also a place where they could publish humorous articles.
